Job summary

Trek Store Palm Desert is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new bike. You’ll also be the first to work with brand new models before they reach the sales floor.

You’ll build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional hospitality, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance while supporting the Service Manager and the department.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and hospitality
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in bike servicing

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bike repairs and service on-site
• Install accessories chosen by customers on new bikes
• Be the face of the Service Department when the Manager is unavailable
