Trek Store Palm Springs is looking for a Service Technician/Advisor who loves bikes and providing outstanding hospitality. You’ll diagnose repairs, service a variety of bikes on the shop floor, and install accessories while guiding customers with friendly expertise.

You’ll be the face of the department when the Service Manager isn’t available, building relationships and helping keep gear running smoothly. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a eagerness to learn about new bike
