Trek Waterloo HQ is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories for customers. You’ll be the first to work with new models and will build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running smoothly.

We value hospitality, communication, and a willingness to learn, with no strict prior shop experience required. This role reports to the Service Manager and offers opportunities to grow within the team.

• Customer-facing role with a focus on hospitality and communication.
• Ability to diagnose issues and suggest repairs.
• Willingness to learn and grow in bicycle servicing.”
