Job summary

Trek Store Madison East is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs on the spot, and install accessories on new models. You’ll be the first to handle brand-new bikes and build strong relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running smoothly.

You will lead with superb hospitality and top-notch communication, serving as the face of the department when the Service Manager isn’t available.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bike repairs and service on the spot.
