Trek Store Walled Lake is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and help customers enjoy their rides. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, install accessories, and get hands on with brand new models before they hit the floor, while building trust with customers who rely on your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Handle brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep gear running smoothly.
• Demonstrate excellent hospitality and team collaboration on busy days.
