Trek Store Easton is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories on the spot. You’ll be the first to handle brand-new models before they reach the sales floor and build lasting relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear in top condition.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories selected by customers.
• Work with brand-new models before they hit the floor.
• Build relationships with customers and keep gear running smoothly.
• Support Service Manager; be the face of the department when needed.
