Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. seeks a Quotations Specialist in Boise to establish strong customer and supplier relationships and to drive accurate bid pricing.

You will review bid packages, format and submit quotations, and coordinate with outside sales or branches to align strategy for each proposal. The role requires organizing bid data, issuing RFQs to vendors, compiling bid tabulations, and negotiating pricing when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package and requirements (technical, commercial, documentation).
• Format customer requests into a standardized bid spreadsheet.
• Issue RFQ to vendors and assemble bid tabulations.
• Prepare and submit final proposal with required documentation.
• May negotiate pricing and offer substitute products.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
