Rexel USA is seeking a Quotations Specialist to join the Round Rock, TX team. The role focuses on establishing pricing positions for bids and handling bid packages from customers and vendors. You will review bid requirements, translate requests into quotations, and work with Outside Sales and branches to strategize proposals.

The position emphasizes bid processing, documentation, pricing negotiation, and ongoing product knowledge to support sales and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package and requirements (technical, commercial, documentation).
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and branches for proposal strategy.
• Format requests into a standardized bid spreadsheet.
• Issue RFQ to vendors and assemble bid tabulations.
• Prepare and submit final proposal with all required documents.
• May negotiate pricing with suppliers and offer substitutes.
• Maintain product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers; support sales with digital tools.
