Electrical Builders, Ind. seeks a Proposal/Estimating Coordinator to support RFQ and bid activities within Sales and Estimating. You will gather data, draft proposals, calculate estimates from breakdowns, and maintain bid packets and supplier registrations.

You will interact with clients and internal teams, track progress in the CRM, and assist with change orders and contract reviews while safeguarding confidential financial information.

Formación

• Education: 2-4 year post-secondary education or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Windows, MS Project, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint/server file management.
• Proficient with CRM tools or similar software.
• Able to align with Electrical Builders Vision and Values; entrepreneurial and ethical behavior.
• Detail oriented with professional verbal/written communication with customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Demonstrate strong business ethics and respectful collaboration under pressure.
• Organized and able to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Familiar with phone systems and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate meetings and manage timelines for RFQ/Bid/Proposal opportunities.
• Gather and organize data inputs to aid proposal development.
• Calculate estimates from manpower/material/equipment breakdowns.
• Draft and edit client and project proposals; ensure on-time submissions.
• Track proposal progress and update CRM with real-time information.
• Interface with clients to request information and schedule Q&A meetings.
• Review contracts and assist with change orders and modifications.
• Maintain supplier registration data and support bid packets and job awards.
• Support pipeline/forecast maintenance and related reporting.
