Bart's Electric is seeking an Estimating Project Coordinator to support preconstruction and estimating by managing bid opportunities, organizing project documents, and coordinating vendor pricing. You will bridge business development, vendors, and estimators to streamline the bid process from intake through final submission.

This role focuses on bid intake, front-end spec review, bid coordination, and effective communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction estimating support, project coordination, or administrative support (electrical or construction preferred).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with estimating software a plus.
• Ability to read construction plans and specs a plus.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process bid invitations and organize bid documents.
• Extract and summarize key project information from specs and addenda.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and track coverage for timely bids.
• Distribute bid documents to estimators and maintain the estimating calendar.
• Act as liaison between business development, estimating, vendors, and operations.
• Distribute addenda updates and assist with proposal assembly.
• Help build a historical bid and cost database.
