Electrical Power Products, Inc. is seeking an Estimating Support to join the Estimating Team. You will perform data entry for proposal information and participate in growth opportunities within Project Estimating by taking initiative.

Responsibilities include high-accuracy data entry for estimates, BOM part-number entry for pricing validation, sending pricing requests to vendors, updating BOM pricing, and filing documents and folders. This role emphasizes organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word/Excel, and ability to edit PDF files.
• Proficient with copiers/scanning machines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Data entry with a high level of accuracy for estimating support.
• Enter BOM part numbers to validate pricing for customer bids.
• Send out requests for pricing to vendors.
• Update pricing in the BOM.
• Scan and file documents and folders accurately.
