Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, CS, finance, or related field.
Experience in BI concepts and data analytics.
Ability to manage end-to-end BI projects and deliver insights.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
Lead and mentor an offshore BI team for quality and timely execution.
Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance for reliable reporting.
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports.
Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
