Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator within the BI & Insight function to ensure end-to-end delivery of data, BI and digital initiatives, delivering to scope, time and quality. The role emphasizes planning, capacity management, governance, and clear stakeholder updates to leadership and partners.

You will lead or coordinate BI Administrators and cross-functional teams, manage incidents and risks, and drive continuous improvement while balancing demand with available resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data/BI/digital initiatives on time and to scope.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programmes within a large organisation.
• Experience in PMO or delivery management using Agile/hybrid methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management with visible trade-offs.
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks and tools to support planning and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to BI leadership.
• Support delivery governance, compliance, and assurance requirements.
• Lead BI Administrators and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Provide clear delivery updates to stakeholders using templates.
