Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Manager within the BI/Data domain to support end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on planning, tracking progress, and maintaining stable day-to-day operations across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include managing delivery plans, coordinating with BI leadership, and ensuring adherence to governance and delivery frameworks in a complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives.
• Experience operating in a delivery, operations, or programme role within a complex organisation.
• PMO or delivery management background in agile environments.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management skills.
• Experience delivering with delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or structured).

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery by maintaining delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Tracks progress against milestones and escalates risks or issues to BI leadership.
• Ensures operational stability by monitoring activities, logging incidents and risks, and following escalation processes.
