Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a delivery-focused professional to support end-to-end BI initiatives and operations. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate risks to BI leadership while ensuring continuity and stability of services.

You will also apply the BI operating model and SOPs, lead BI Administrators, and support planning with capacity views and status updates. Strong collaboration across multi-team groups is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of BI or data initiatives.
• Experience in delivery management with agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, track milestones and highlight slippage or risks.
• Monitor BI operations, incidents, risks and escalation processes.
• Apply BI operating model and standard SOPs across the function.
• Lead and develop BI Administrators; clarify priorities and escalate performance concerns.
• Provide capacity views, trackers, and status updates to inform planning discussions.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to ensure compliant reporting and assurance.
• Identify recurring issues and support documented improvement opportunities.
