Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI data initiatives, maintain delivery plans, and ensure stable daily operations. You will coordinate across BI Administrators, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role focuses on planning, capacity management, and governance, with an emphasis on transparency and continuous improvement across delivery cycles.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data/BI initiatives.
Experience in delivery/operations roles within a complex organisation.
Experience in PMO or delivery management with agile practices.
Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management skills.
Experience applying delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, etc.).
Experience ensuring operational stability, incidents, risks, and service continuity.
Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI leadership.
Support BI Administrators and delivery leads to timely execution of work.
Monitor incidents, risks, and dependencies to support service continuity.
Produce clear delivery information for stakeholders.
