Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordination professional to support end-to-end BI and data initiatives. The role emphasizes maintaining delivery plans, tracking progress, and escalating risks to senior BI leadership.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. The position requires strong experience in delivery management, planning, and governance, with a focus on stability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multiple BI teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives.
• Experience in a PMO or delivery management function in a complex organisation.
• Experience designing or operating delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or structured).
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI leadership.
• Support continuity of BI services by logging incidents and risks.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to ensure compliance.
• Lead or coordinate BI Administrators to enable day-to-day delivery.
• Provide clear delivery updates to stakeholders.
