Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI and data initiatives within a complex environment. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, log risks, and escalate issues to BI managers to protect delivery quality.

The role emphasizes operational stability, planning, and governance, with responsibility for coordinating BI Administrators, supporting cross-functional delivery, and ensuring continuous improvement in delivery mechanisms.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data/BI initiatives.
Experience in delivery/operations or programme roles within a complex organisation.
Experience in PMO or delivery management with agile methodologies.
Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management.
Experience designing or operating delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid).
Experience ensuring operational stability and service continuity.
Experience leading or coordinating BI Administrators or support teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and delivery updates.

Responsibilities

Maintain delivery plans, track progress against milestones, highlight slippage or risks.
Escalate issues to BI Managers and ensure governance/processes are followed.
Support continuity of service and provide visibility of BI health and trends to leadership.
Apply delivery frameworks and ensure compliance with reporting and assurance requirements.
Coordinate BI Administrators and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable day-to-day service.
Identify recurring issues and document improvement opportunities for leadership review.
