Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordination professional to support end-to-end delivery of BI and data projects in a complex organisation. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues to BI leadership while ensuring alignment with established frameworks and governance.

The role emphasises planning, prioritisation and capacity thinking, enabling efficient use of resources and transparent delivery updates to stakeholders across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within a complex organisation.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management, with trade-off decisions.
• Experience designing or operating delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or structured).
• Experience managing incidents, risks, dependencies, and service continuity.
• Ability to lead or coordinate operational teams to deliver reliable day-to-day service.
• Strong stakeholder communication, updates, and confidence in delivery outcomes.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements to processes or tooling.
• Experience using delivery workflows tools to support planning and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Maintains delivery plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Tracks progress against milestones, highlights slippage or risks.
• Escalates issues to BI managers and delivery leads as needed.
• Supports governance, reporting, and assurance requirements.
• Allocates day-to-day tasks and clarifies priorities for BI teams.
• Provides inputs to planning discussions led by BI leadership.
• Drives continuous improvement of delivery mechanisms.
• Coordinates across multi-team or cross-functional delivery.
