Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee BI and data delivery work, balancing priorities and coordinating with BI leadership, PMO, and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on planning, governance, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

You will monitor progress against milestones, escalate risks, and ensure stable day-to-day BI operations while maintaining strong stakeholder communications and ensuring delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting the end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Experience operating in a delivery, operations, or programme role balancing priorities and stakeholders.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, milestones, and status updates.
• Highlight slippage or risks; escalate issues to BI leadership.
• Ensure continuity of BI operations and service stability.
• Provide visibility of delivery health, risks, and trends to stakeholders.
• Support development and application of the BI operating model and SOPs.
• Lead or coordinate BI Administrators and related delivery teams to reliable day-to-day service.
