GSM Outdoors is seeking a Data Manager to lead our Business Intelligence, analytics, and data governance initiatives across a portfolio of outdoor brands. You will shape the data strategy, manage the BI team, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and departments from Sales to Product Development.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL, and experience with cloud data platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Management.
• 2+ years leading BI/Data teams.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with enterprise dashboards and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BI, analytics, and data governance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting methodologies.
• Partner with leaders to define reporting requirements and insights.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations on data architecture.
