Designer Brands is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to transform complex data into trusted insights that guide decisions across the organization. You will design, build, and support enterprise analytics in our cloud data warehouse environment and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

The role prioritizes data architecture, BI best practices, and helping teams leverage data effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development including schema, metadata, and production support.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with cloud analytics ecosystems, preferably GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI solutions design, development, and delivery.
• Partner with Data Architecture to ensure semantic layer alignment with standards.
• Provide guidance and training to enable self-service analytics.
