E15 Group (Compass Group USA) is hiring a Client Success Manager to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for our Business Intelligence products. You will guide a small Client Success team, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality user experience for Compass stakeholders and clients.

You will lead trainings, communication plans for new features, and process improvements to help users maximize product value and adoption across multiple client implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, onboarding, or related field.
• Experience mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts to business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Success team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support of BI products for Compass stakeholders and clients.
• Manage multiple client implementations and cross-functional handoffs from development to support.
