Job summary

E15 Group, a Compass Group USA member, is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for our BI products. You will guide Compass stakeholders and clients through adoption, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.

You will oversee a small Client Success team, manage multiple implementations, and develop engaging enablement content, including user guides and demonstrations, to drive product value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, enablement, implementation, or related client-facing role.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with onboarding programs, training content, or knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Success team and onboarding processes.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for BI products.
• Manage multiple client implementations and align with cross-functional teams.
• Create enablement content: presentations, guides, demos, videos.
• Lead stakeholder communications and product-launch updates.
• Present solutions to Compass stakeholders and user groups.
• Improve support operations, documentation, and client experience.
• Collaborate with sales to support client presentations and RFPs.
• Gather feedback to improve adoption and engagement.
