Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Solution Consultant/Architect to lead ServiceNow AI initiatives and drive enterprise ITSM, CSDM, AIOPS, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, and CSM/FSO initiatives. You will guide discovery, assess current implementations, and craft strategic roadmaps for customer success.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong solution architecture, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Travel readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution consulting/advisory & architecture.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, CSM/FSO modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead short term ServiceNow consulting/advisory assignments on AI initiatives.
• Design roadmaps for ITSM, CSDM, AIOPS, ITAM, HR Ops, Security & risk, and Customer services.
• Act as lead solution architect for new product implementations in ServiceNow suites.
• Support presales and craft solution content for RFPs and opportunities.
