Job summary

You will identify prioritized use cases, define architecture and decision framework, designing integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution, and establishing AI operating model and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI platform and governance.
• Strong architecture and integration design skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prioritized AI use cases across IT services and infrastructure.
• Define architecture and decision framework for Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Moveworks.
• Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution.
• Establish AI operating model, governance (risk, compliance, support).
