Job summary

Paycom in Union, MO is seeking a Sales Representative (Off Premise) to effectively sell, service, and merchandise all assigned accounts. The role emphasizes building a retailer partnership, rotating stock, and driving store-level promotions to maximize sales across the footprint.

The position requires 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience and a valid driver's license. A day shift with full-time hours is expected, with benefits and a focus on achieving distribution goals.

Qualifications

• Education – high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – one (1) to three (3) years sales/customer service experience.
• Licensing – valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively maximize sales opportunities across brands, meeting sales objectives, distribution goals, and monthly business objectives.
• Ensure product freshness and rotate stock; remove out-of-date items per protocol.
• Identify close-dated products and move them to accounts with sell-through potential.
• Serve as a partner/consultant to retailers; maintain pricing and promotional data.
• Develop daily/weekly pre-plans to meet KEG 1 Missouri standards.
• Build relationships with decision makers using the Retail Account Management process.
• Maintain distribution levels; participate in monthly distribution initiatives.
• Monitor beer departments for opportunities to increase sales via POS and displays.
• Provide timely, thorough service to all assigned accounts and complete tasks to standard.
• Keep POS current; prioritize accounts by volume and manage promotions.
