Job summary

Paycom in Boise, ID is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow beer brand sales in assigned accounts. You will plan calls, ensure shelf placement, manage inventory, and drive promotions and POS materials.

The role requires 1 year merchandising/delivery experience and 2–3 years beverage sales, plus a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One year minimum merchandising or delivery experience.
• 2–3 years sales experience preferably in beverage industry.
• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve programmed volume quotas by brand.
• Plan regular sales calls on assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, proper shelf placement, inventory levels and pricing.
• Accomplish timely execution of sales plans and promotions by securing trade support via displays and POS materials.
• Call on and solicit new accounts within assigned area.
• Maintain sound customer relations and handle problems/complaints promptly.
• Attend events and update route information and reports.
