Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in the St Louis area to drive beverage brand sales and manage retail accounts with a strong focus on promotions and shelf presence.

You will maximize promotions, maintain pricing accuracy, rotate stock, and coordinate with retailers to execute displays and planograms. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer service and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Education – high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – one (1) to three (3) years sales/customer service experience.
• Licensing – valid DriverLicense

Responsibilities

• Aggressively maximize all sales opportunities of brands, packages and promotional allowances.
• Keep KEG 1 Missouri Quality Program standards; rotate and remove out-of-date product.
• Coordinate movement of close-dated product to sell through before expiry.
• Maintain pricing data, sell sheets, monthly plan and alpha lists with accurate data.
• Develop daily/weekly pre-plans to meet KEG 1 standards in the market.
• Build relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts; identify opportunities.
• Ensure distribution targets are met and participate in monthly distribution initiatives.
• Monitor beer department for opportunities to increase sales and shelf presence.
• Service accounts promptly, complete tasks to Company standard.
• Manage timekeeping accurately and maintain clear communications with management.
