Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking an energetic Beverage Server to deliver alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests at gaming machines and bar areas within the casino. You will greet guests, take orders via the POS, garnish drinks, and assist bartenders as needed.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, being 21+, and the ability to pass alcohol service and BASET training. Prior experience and English communication skills are valued, with full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Pass job interview and guest service audition.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must complete Responsible Vendor Alcohol service and BASET training.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages to guests at gaming machines or bar areas.
• Greet guests and take orders using the POS system.
• Garnish drinks as needed and prepare beer, wine, and frozen drinks.
• Comply with alcohol policies and responsible service standards.
• Maintain inventory and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure premises are clean and operations follow internal controls.
