Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking an Oyster Bar Server to provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to guests in the Oyster Bar. The role requires maintaining knowledge of menu items, beer and wine basics, and ensuring cleanliness across the bar and station areas.

Applicants must be 21+, have at least 1 year of related experience or 6 months in the Beverage Department at WCH, and be eligible for an Illinois Gaming Act license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• One (1) year related experience and/or training; or six (6) months in Beverage at WCH.

Responsibilities

• Report to the station as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work.
• Complete all side work as directed by the supervisor.
• Greets guests in a friendly professional manner.
• Takes orders from guests and Servers.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items and some beer/wine knowledge.
• Inspects cleanliness of assigned stations and public space; rectify deficiencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, displays, coolers, and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
