Job summary

Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking a Beverage Server Lead to oversee daily beverage service within a high-volume casino environment. You will manage a section, upsell drinks, and ensure timely delivery to gaming machines and tables while maintaining sanitation standards.

The role requires leadership, strong guest service, and the ability to train and mentor team members, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all Guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to take and process orders using tablets.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service with a positive attitude.
• Upsell and promote beverage items to enhance guest experience.
• Take beverage orders via tablet and communicate to service bar.
• Deliver beverages promptly to gaming machines or tables.
