Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino · Hotel is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily beverage service operations and guide team members in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure compliance with tribal and state regulations, manage staffing, training, and performance, and drive guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication for team and guest interaction, and experience in a casino/hospitality setting; health and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one (1) year of related experience in a beverage/outlet, hotel or casino environment.
• Must obtain and maintain a current Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission certification (TABC).
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily beverage service operations and team members.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, state, and casino policies and regulations.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, scheduling, training and discipline as needed.
• Develop strategies to enhance revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventories, budgets and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
