Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking a beverage service team member to provide guest-focused service on the gaming floor, including slot, table, and high-limit areas. You will take and fulfill drink orders, keep service stations clean, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a memorable hospitality experience.

In a fast-paced environment, you will monitor quality, follow health and safety guidelines, and engage guests while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering beverage service and guest interaction on a casino floor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for high-quality hospitality.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate POS systems.
• Wamiliarity with tribal/state health and safety guidelines is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a professional, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional beverage service to guests across gaming floor areas.
• Take and fulfill drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and drink stations.
