Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Development Representative (On Premise) to learn and grow in the beverage sales industry. You will engage accounts, present products, and help drive brand visibility while supporting merchandising efforts and field teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, multitasking across territories, and developing strong sales skills in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required and prior sales exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Experience with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• Analytic and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintains product levels by restocking shelves where allowed.
• Ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts using current POS materials.
• Obtains payments from accounts and remittance where permissible.
• Educates account staff by conducting training seminars on brands.
• Delivers products and handles customer issues, escalating as needed.
• Preplans to achieve sales and merchandising objectives monthly.
• Ensures national account compliance by completing surveys.
• Understands buying patterns by reviewing pricing/product programming monthly.
• Attains performance goals for distribution, volume, and activity of supplier brands.
• Manages receivables and communicates aged receivables.
• Attends weekly sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
