Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee in O’Fallon, MO. You will learn SGWS products, industry insights, and consultative sales while supporting senior reps and the Area Sales Manager in servicing customers.

As a full-time role, you will build customer relationships, preplan visits, analyze growth opportunities, and document progress in Proof CRM. Embrace training, travel as needed, and contribute to a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• State Sales Permit required by state law.
• Ability to analyze and understand data.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM tools.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and professional communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Preplan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer growth plan for each account.
• Analyze data to increase sales and meet objectives.
• Maintain account visit plans and capture notes in CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
