Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Sales Representative to advance beverage sales in the assigned market. You will plan territory activity, service accounts, merchandise products, and help meet company and supplier objectives.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers and internal teams while driving volume and distribution. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, handling reporting, and achieving MVP standards in key accounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CSP training and certification required upon hiring; CSP certification.
• Cicerone level 1 certification within one year of start date.
• Minimum two years sales experience in beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Interact respectfully with suppliers and customers.
• Support merchandising and product rotation.
• Complete required training to improve performance.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic beverages, foods and trends.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
