Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in Central Valley, CA. The role focuses on maximizing supplier brand sales through effective planning, selling execution, and clear communication, in a fast-paced field environment.

You will drive routing efficiency, deliver compelling presentations, restock shelves where permissible, and train staff on priority brands. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales
• Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities and customers’ needs to include new products and promotions
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks shelves where legally permissible
• Educates account staff on priority brands by conducting staff training seminars
• Manages customer account receivables by processing credits and returns and communicating with accounts
• Services accounts by delivering products and handling customer issues as appropriate
• Attains distribution, volume and activity goals set by management
• Supports account openings by developing opening orders for new accounts with Field Sales Manager
• Participates in supplier work with sales calls and sales blitzes
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while beverage alcohol is involved
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
