Hoffman Beverage Company is seeking a Sales Representative in Large Format to grow grocery store accounts in Chesapeake, VA. You will educate customers, establish partnerships, and support relief capacity to ensure continuous service to major accounts.

The ideal candidate has beverage/wholesale experience, strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Maximize sales and distribution of HB products in accounts.
• Maintain shelf set integrity for coolers and shelves.
• Create accurate orders using sales history to avoid stockouts.
• Ensure all orders are written and submitted on time.
• Maintain proper rotation per HB policy and suppliers.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse on daily changes.
• Aggressively sell in and maintain product displays.
• Keep POS materials updated in accounts.
• Communicate with store managers daily for sales opportunities.
• Report account changes to Team Leader regularly.
• Carry required sales tools (price cards, banners, etc.).
• Update account maintenance details to Team Leader.
