Coastal Beverage Company Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative - Small Format to grow market share in assigned accounts across Nashville/Louisburg/Spring Hope/Middlesex/Bailey.

This field-based role requires consistent presence in customer locations during standard business hours to deliver outstanding service and drive sales. The candidate should have an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication, math, and computer skills, and be able to obtain a beer and wine sales license.

Qualifications

• Possess intermediate communication skills incl. reading/writing documents and speaking before groups.
• Possess intermediate math skills including discounts, percentages, and volumes.
• Possess intermediate reasoning skills to handle multiple variables in training or sales tasks.
• Possess basic computer skills for inventory/route software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share in assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Place orders and communicate with CSR/Merchandisers for instructions and issues.
• Analyze sales activity and plan for events, promotions, or weather impacts.
• Ensure pricing and POS are current and product stock neat and well-displayed.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain performance using sales tools.
