Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit convenience‑store accounts in FL and drive growth through consultative selling. You’ll build trust-based relationships, identify growth opportunities, and develop account plans leveraging CRM data.

You will analyze data to expand sales, maintain deep product knowledge, and document activities. A valid driver’s license and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and professional communication.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and achieve objectives.
• Pre‑plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities in CRM.
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each growth plan.
• Visit accounts regularly, capture notes, and document in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative skills.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
• Document account and customer information in CRM and maintain records.
