Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Florida is seeking a Sales Consultant who visits accounts, conducts consultative conversations, and grows revenue through trusted relationships.

You will analyze data to identify opportunities, tailor solutions across SGWS product lines, and maintain CRM records. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required for this full-time, on-site role within the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to analyze data and information.
• Proficient in SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Able to build customer presentations and proposals.
• Effective communicator, adaptable, and a team player.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to maintain auto insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs and opportunities.
• Develop growth plans and a selling pipeline for accounts.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan visits with agendas and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and position them in accounts.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling.
• Document account information and stay current with competitors.
