Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers and drive consultative selling. You will build account plans, analyze data, and expand revenue through compelling solutions.

The role requires strong relationship skills and proven proficiency with mobile devices and CRM systems. You will travel as needed to cover assigned accounts, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with teams to achieve company and supplier goals.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques.
• Able to consistently achieve results under tough circumstances.
• Able to communicate effectively and tailor messages for the audience.
• Able to be nimble in ambiguity and open to change.
• Team player; works collaboratively with others.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations to increase revenue.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline.
• Analyze data and insights to grow customer business and meet objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative skills.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives and timelines.
• Document and maintain account information in CRM and share insights.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and supplier events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
