Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in Mobile, Alabama seeks a results-driven Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative conversations, and grow revenue through trusted relationships.

You will leverage SGWS products, stay current with offerings, and document account plans and visits in CRM, while traveling as needed. This role emphasizes customer growth, data-driven selling, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on growth plans.
• Visit accounts regularly, capture notes, and document in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative selling skills.
• Support business growth by providing customers with useful information and guidance.
• Document and maintain account information in CRM, and participate in sales meetings.
