Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, and surrounding Orlando areas. You will maximize supplier-brand sales through planning, selling, and strong communication on a route covering convenience stores, with a car required.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in sales, MS Office and presentation software skills, and excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Analytic and Reporting skills.
• Valid Driver’s License; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permissible.
• Educates account staff on priority brands through staff training seminars.
• Manages accounts receivable and communicates on aging.
• Serves accounts by delivering products and addressing issues or complaints.
• Supports opening new accounts with Field Sales Manager and participates in supplier work with sales calls.
