Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA, is seeking an entry-level to mid-level production worker for our fast-paced beverage facility.

You will support daily operations on the production line, monitor quality, and help maintain efficient workflows to meet schedules. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong safety awareness, ability to read gauges and measurements, and a collaborative mindset to support a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Read and follow production schedules; flag deviations.
• Maintain production flow and assist with material handling.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record production and quality data; maintain downtime reports.
• Perform sanitation and assist with cross-training and inventory tasks.
