Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining material flow, performing routine sanitation, recording downtime and quality data, and collaborating with all departments to improve quality and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Follow food quality and safety standards per corporate, customer, and governing bodies (SQF).
• Read, understand, and adhere to a production manufacturing schedule; communicate deviations as needed.
• Maintain production flow by coordinating material supply and performing minor equipment servicing when needed.
• Follow QA and Production SOPs to ensure consistent output.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial and metric measurements.
• Record production and quality data; maintain downtime reports and documentation.
• Perform sanitation in the work area as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
• Understand visual and auditory cues to identify issues.
