Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Texas is seeking a hands-on Production Worker to support high-speed beverage production lines. You'll follow GMPs, operate forklifts, monitor equipment, and help maintain quality while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in a fast-paced beverage production environment preferred.
• Able to read measurements and operate equipment safely.
• WHMIS/HACCP training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE requirements, and safety policies while in production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations to the team.
• Maintain production flow, supply raw materials, and perform minor servicing.
• Record downtime and quality data; adhere to SOPs for changeovers.
• Assist with sanitation, cross-training, and inventory tasks as needed.
