Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA seeks a Warehouse/Production Associate to support high-speed beverage production, ensure safety, and maintain production flow. You will monitor equipment, perform minor maintenance, and record data in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, High School certification, and ability to read gauges and measurements. Shift includes evenings/nights with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and wear required PPE.
• Maintain production flow and monitor equipment; perform minor servicing when needed.
• Follow QA and production SOPs; record downtime and production data.
• Perform equipment changeovers reading imperial and metric measurements.
• Assist with cross-training, sanitation, inventory management and other duties as assigned.
