Job summary

Refresco, a leading beverage producer, seeks an experienced production worker to support high-speed manufacturing plants in Florida. You will manage materials, operate forklifts, monitor equipment, and ensure strict adherence to GMPs and SQF standards while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Overtime and shift flexibility are typical in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and safety standards (SQF, etc.).
• Read and follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and minor servicing of equipment.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Perform equipment and area sanitation as assigned.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify production issues through visual and auditory cues and address them.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and cross-train as needed.
